Shipping to an unconfirmed address:
An unconfirmed address is an address that does not match your billing statement. We verify all orders prior to shipping to an unconfirmed address, and may require a signature or other form of delivery confirmation. Our goal is to protect ourselves and our customers against fraud. Shipping to an unconfirmed address may delay an order.We reserve the right to decline any order based on our inability to confirm a mailing address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Pepper Spray:
Pepper Spray is legal in Georgia for personal protection. However the laws vary from state to state and most laws will deal with the amount of OC concentration the pepper spray is allowed to contain. OC stands for oleoresin capsicum and is the active ingredient that causes the burning sensation in pepper sprays. This OC component is found in cayenne and other hot chili peppers.
The amount of heat from pepper spray is measured by a Scoville heat unit or SHU for short. The higher the SHU, the more intense the burning sensation when it comes into contact with skin. The following states have outlined restrictions when it comes purchasing pepper sprays:
- New York: You can legally sell and ship animal repellants via the Internet but you cannot sell pepper spray for use on humans through the Internet. Pepper spray for personal protection can only be sold in pharmacies and from licensed dealers locally.
- Michigan: The pepper spray must be less than 35 grams of the product and must be 2% or less of OC concentration. UV dyes are not allowed to be added to the pepper spray.
- Massachusetts: Pepper spray can only be purchased at a local firearms dealer and cannot be purchased online.
- Wisconsin: Pepper spray must be no stronger than 10% and contain pepper spray only. Safety features are required on all containers of pepper spray. The weight allowance is 15-60 grams.
- California: This state does have a few laws regarding pepper sprays. It is legal to carry pepper spray for personal protection without having to get any special permit. But the container size must be equal to or less than 2.5 ounces of active product.
- Washington D.C: You must register your pepper spray possession with the local law enforcement.
Sales Policy
All sales are final. Sales Tax of 7.0% will be charged to all Georgia residents. All items carry a 3 day warranty against manufacturer defects, unless otherwise noted. No returns other than non-working product will be honored. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, we will either issue a credit, or a product will be substituted with one of same, or better features. Returns of product for reasons other than exchange or replacement, are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. In this case, all returned merchandise must be new and unused. Original shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged shipment, immediately refuse it if possible. Immediately notify the shipper as well as our customer service department. We will assist you in resolving this issue. Some items may be shipped separately. Any returned merchandise must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. An RMA can be obtained by sending email to Customer Service . To be accepted by us, all returned merchandise must be clearly labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales shipping invoice or sales receipt. Any item being returned must be packed complete, including all manuals, materials, accessories, etc., as if they were new and working condition. Regardless of workmanship, all merchandise must be packaged appropriately so as not to receive any damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. We can not honor any unauthorized and/or unmarked returns.
Many of our Gift Store items come with a limited manufactorers warranty. These items must be returned directly to the manufactorer's customer service department. Each item ships with a warranty card with information on where to return these items during the warranty period. However, we will do whatever we can to insure customer satisfaction with the products we sell. Allure Gifts and Gadgets will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. Allure Gifts and Gadgets reserves the right to refuse service to any individual.
Airsoft/Airgun Purchases
The sale or shipment of these products to residents of California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Puerto Rico and Canada is prohibited. Check your local laws before ordering this product. We recommend the use of protective eyewear whenever using or near the use of this item.
You must be of legal age to purchase airsoft guns, depending on your jurisdiction. We do not sell these products to minors. All products are new when sold. To assure that you receive quality merchandise, all airsoft guns are tested, lubricated and/or fully charged prior to shipping. Airsoft products are a popular and when correctly used, safe alternative for fun and excitement. For generations, many age groups have enjoyed the use of airsoft, paintball, and other airgun products. The benefit to using airsoft is that the BB's are made of plastic, and will not penetrate the skin. However, eye protection is important. Always wear eye protection when operating an airsoft product. Airsoft products range in quality, and may resemble real firearms. We encourage all customers to review their local laws regarding the purchase and use of airgun products. Airguns are a great hobby. At Allure Gifts and Gadgets, we promote a safe and enjoyable playing environment. Therefore we do not offer products that do not contain a federally mandated "Blaze Orange" marker tip, that distinguishes airsoft products from real firearms. We encourage safety. However, common sense is required when operating these products in order to insure safety. Do not remove this safety device from any airsoft product. PLEASE read all instructions prior to operating airsoft equipment.

Price Policies
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. With respect to items sold by Allure Gifts and Gadgets, we cannot confirm the price of an item until your order is placed. You can also email our Customer Service department for pricing or product information. We charge your credit card after your order has been processed. In a rare instance where an item is incorrectly listed, we reserve the right to cancel and refuse the order. In this rare instance, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions prior to shipping, or delete this particular item from your order and notify you immediately thereafter.
